we have strong familiar brand identity and existing logistical
franchisee support capabilities established by the presence
of our 70+ existing Maid-Rite restaurants.

4. What does it cost to open a Maid-Rite Restaurant?
For a typical Maid-Rite Franchise Restaurant in
a leased 1,300 sq. ft. facility, including the franchisee fee, equipment,
millwork, inventory, furniture, fixtures and working capital,
the average cost is between $225,000 to $350,000. For a
free-standing restaurant, building and land costs would be
additional expenditures.
Normally, the amount of out of pocket cash needed by a franchisee
ranges from $50,000 to $125,000 which relates to the total cost of the above-referred items in your Maid-Rite restaurant.
5. From the time that I sign my franchise agreement, how
long before I can be operating my restaurant?
Depending on site availability and with our "turn-key"
franchisee package, an existing facility can be operational
within 60 to 150 days.
