4. What does it cost to open a Maid-Rite Restaurant?
For a typical Maid-Rite Franchise Restaurant in
a leased 1,500 sq. ft. facility, including the franchisee fee, equipment,
millwork, inventory, furniture, fixures and working capital,
the average cost is between $200,000 to $325,000. For a
free-standing restaurant, building and land costs would be
additional expenditures.
Normally, the amount of out of pocket cash needed by a franchisee
ranges from $50,000 to $125,000 which relates to the total cost of the above-referred items in your Maid-Rite Sandwich Shoppe.
